Last night my New Thing of the day was to cook in my apartment for the first time. Yes, I've lived there 2 weeks, but I was out of town for 5 days, give me a break!
I went fancy - mac n cheese out of the box. Not quite the first meal in the new apartment that I planned to make, but I was lazy. When I was boiling the water it was blatantly obvious that the stove tips back to the wall. What do I do with that?? I emailed my landlord to see if he can come in and fix it. Baking won't be pretty if every liquid slides to one side. Awesome.
